Gregg was excellent to work with on the front end. He answered questions, gave an accurate estimate and followed up like he said he would. Phill came out and worked on two of our bathrooms. He showed up promptly and was great to work with. The bathrooms look great- we are very pleased!

So far I'm very pleased with the results! I'm optimistic that the new finish will last a long time! I'm reassured that there is a 10 year warranty. My bathroom looks brand new!nnTwo things I should have done: I wish I would have more thoroughly cleaned the wall behind the toilet. It seems to have had some dust and now that dust is painted and the texture is a little rough. But you can't see it unless you purposely look, so it's okay. Also, the heating vent had cobwebs and those are now painted in. :) I should have dusted those areas ahead of time.nnOther than that, the surfaces are very smooth and nice. I did have to use a little caulk in some of the grout in the tub surround; the paint can't stick to what isn't there. I should have re-grouted before the painting. But it didn't take long to add a little caulk to those areas after the paint had throughly cured. It really looks nice. Hoping it holds up for years! :)nnA couple other reviews said they left the place a mess... I did not have that experience. Everything was cleaned up nicely. The odor is strong (as was expected), but leaving the window open for a few days did the trick.nnGreg was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate his customer service.nnI would recommend this company as a great option for updating an older bathroom.

We bought a house that the company refinished a bathtub about 10 months ago. We have the receipt that has the warranty information on it that states the coverage. The tub is badly peeling and is close to non functional. I have called 3 times asking to just get a callback or some information of options, all three times the lady at the desk (very nice) says that someone will call back. For the past 3 weeks I have not had any callback from them. Disappointed in the quality of work and the follow through of promised coverage. But extremely disappointed of just ignoring a customer.

We had a great experience with this company, they repainted a wrought iron fence (at least 60 feet) and pool furniture for us. The quality of the work was impeccable and the price was very fair. They were very polite, prompt and cleaned up after the job.nnOur experience could not have been better. Very highly recommended!
