I received work the same day I called! Also I appreciate that their time gaps is nothing ridiculous. I was scheduled 12-2 and our exterminator came around 12:20 which I appreciate so much because I hate companies that have time gaps of 5hours and come literally at the end of the frame. He was also professional wearing shoe covers, a mask and gloves. We’ll see after the next two follow ups if our ant dilemma is gone :)
repairman was on time and knowledgeable. He offered terrifc tips for our ant issue and explained his service tasks well. Left a detailed report of all treatments completed. Looking forward to ongoing treatments with the same detailed approach.
This was the 30 day follow-up visit I was thrilled with the quality of job provided by Kurt. He was cheerful, polite hearted and had a helpful attitude! He put on booties when he came into the house after he completed the work on the outside. Before leaving Kurt asked if there was anything I needed. I thought that was considered of him.
