Dr. Sheehan was extremely thorough and explained everything very well. He was friendly, yet professional. I left understanding my condition completely. However, the tech Rhonda was considerably lacking in her bedside manner. She was rude and unsympathetic. The tech actually accused me of being uncooperative and she downright brought me to tears. I will continue to see Dr. Sheehan, but will request any other tech for my tests.
