The service is great. Elijah helped me and although they were understaffed and busy (his current customers were upset due to uncontrollable factors) he always remained professional and gave me multiple updates on my car. Although I was there longer than expected, Elijah helped make it more understandable by his updates and his sincerity of truly helping me get what I wanted. I highly recommend the Tires Plus on 73rd & Pacific!

This place is the worst place to go for an Uber inspection I wasted 20 dollars they didn’t even fill out my form. I was told I need new ball joints, struts, shocks, tires, front windshield wipers, and a rear windshield wiper. I went to my main mechanic at Buchanan’s service center they assessed that while my car is getting older the shocks are still good. The struts and ball joints are still good. My tires are still good. My windshield wipers are still good. They passed my inspection it may have cost 20 more dollars but it was well worth it. We are Uber drivers not limo drivers. Minimum wage is not enough to replace things that do not need replaced. This place is a bad idea if you are not ready to fix things that are a little worn. The guy at the front was shaking and had little knowledge of the job he was doing. I almost went through with paying for it all, but the guy at the front seemed so nervous like they were ripping me off. That is why I went to Buchanan’s for a second opinion.

Called 2 locations & both asked if they could call back & neither did. I wrote a review & I got a reply within a couple of days saying they were sorry & asked for details so they could fix the issue. They also asked what I needed to feel it was being dealt with. I had already gone someplace else so there wasn't anything they could have done. I was not happy not getting a call back because I had planned that day for this. The customer service people however did all they could to try to make sure I was satisfied but like I said too late. Even with what happened, I'd still say at least check them out. I'm not sure on prices but I can say the customer service folks do care about things being right. These days that's not always the case & even more so at bigger companies. Good company I believe. I just got lost in the shuffle. It happens.

Honesty is important in auto maintenance. That's what you'll get here from assessing your tires, brakes, hoses, belts and everything else.

Were told they would have our car ready in 2 hours. We clarified that the work would be completed the same day as we are from out of town and needed the car back the same day. The car had not even been moved from it’s original parking spot when we returned shortly before closing. No apology or explanation offered as to why they lied about their ability to complete our service.
