I took my 2010 Ford Escape in this past Monday afternoon not being sure what the issue was, but suspected a transmission issue. They evaluated and fixed my car faster than originally estimated, all the while providing professional, friendly, efficient customer service throughout the process. Would highly recommend Chelsea & the technicians!

I had an AMAZING experience from the moment I called to see if they could help me when my car stalled on me. Chelsea was so helpful & knowledgeable. I felt comfortable having my car towed there without meeting them first.. She took the time to understand my situation & made sure I completely understood everything. They have financing options & my car was ready a day before they promised!!! Thank you again!!! I will definitely recommend & use again, if ever needed!!!

Chelsea McDonald is phenomenal! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life. From the moment I got there until my car was fixed she went above and beyond my expectations! Constant contact with phone calls or text to update me on my vehicle. Calling the dealership where I had the car worked on previously. Certified Transmission should make her the official trainer for all staff. I will always go back to her and this location. Top notch service all the way around. I literally got my car back less than 24 hours I was completely blown away by that! Thank you so much for everything you did!

My rear end in my 04 tahoe burnt up and was stranded. The team at certified transmission on 76 and pacific was amazing helpful and up front with me on issues. Decent price great environment and the counter lady's are amazing especially Chelsea shes a helpful and amazing person. Very great with communication.

Absolutely spectacular service!! Chelsea kept in contact with me the entire time and even had a sample and pictures to show us what they found. Justin was also super friendly as well. The technician was definitely knowledgeable and took great care of our vehicle. Highly recommend!!
