Love Discount Tire because I get the perks of going to a chain - but with that local tire shop vibe when I interact with their employees. Tires Plus or Firestone this is not.nnI recently replaced all four tires on my Highlander. Picked them out online and made an appointment, showed up the next day and I was in and out in 25 minutes. So fast. I’ve always been treated incredibly well at this location, kudos especially to Mike and Jacob for being professional, courteous and awesome.

After hitting an infamous Omaha pothole, I was extremely distressed because I had absolutely no way of paying to replace my newly flat tire. I called the store to make sure they had my (very small, hard to find) tire in stock and to see if they would be able to work out a payment plan of some sort. I was helped by Brendan (I believe) who was insanely helpful, friendly, and professional. He reassured me that they would do everything they could to help me out and he told me not to worry. He truly took care of me and met me where I was, financially. I will absolutely be using Discount Tire in the future and I have already recommended them to my family.

You guys are the best! You didn't have to stay open. But you had at least 15 cars in line waiting for tire checks.nI had to have a jump start for my car and my hubby and I drove over to get my tires checked. All 4 were very low as I found out.nOutstanding service.! Thank you!!!

Amazing service. Walked out with a 0$ bill. I didn't know service like them existed. Suggested. I had a flat tire and I took it to them. They said if they can fix its 0$.nThey fixed the tire, filled air in all four. Checked everything and still it was 0$nThe price of the tires were also competitive. For a mid quality tire it was 88$+ approx 30$ in charges.
