Had a horrible experience. The staff were not willing to help me to get a textbook and return the ebook. I did not know i ordered the ebook. My textbook order got cancelled 3 times and i must have accidentally ordered an ebook in a rush to get my books. They told me i would just have to buy a new textbook and not get refunded for the ebook. I am low income and cant afford to buy another book. The staff were careless and were not willing to help me. This is supposed to be an inclusive school but if you are poor youre out of luck and the employees do not care or want to help you. Metropolitan Community College bookstore always treated me better and always worked with me. I guess this school is made for people who have lots of extra spending money. The books are too expensive to start with before having to buy it twice.
Amazing place. People are amazing.
They have great customer service. They have pretty much everything a student may need.
Very nice.
I love the selections and the staff is very accommodating!
