Good selection of items. Friendly staff. I like shopping here.

Over the years they've shifted away from being a place that primarily sold movies on DVD (and back in the day - VHS) to a place that tries to sell movie and TV-related merchandise. Probably because they can't compete with Walmart and Amazon on movie prices and streaming sort of eliminates the need to own physical media. So, now you can get a bunch of pop culture merch here. Though, it seems like lots of places are doing this now. So, I still wonder about Suncoast's long-term viability.

I found some of the items i wanted they were helpful in looking to see if they had the other items but was not in stock

I had an issue with something I bought at Christmas. General manager and other employees were very helpful and prompt with reaching out to me. They went above and beyond what I had expected. I will definitely be shopping there again
