A really nice craft distillery. They’ve mastered the chemistry and mixology, but they still struggle with service. Slow and disorganized, especially when busy. I hope they can solve this challenge.

The best distillery I have been to in Minnesota. The flavored liquors were outstanding. Purchased bottles of the coffee and ginger. Tried to purchase the blueberry but they were out. Staff were very friendly. Cocktail list was impressive. We will definitely have to go back next we are in Northfield. Only downside was trying to locate it in the office building maze. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great cocktails.
