Hands down the best dealership to work with. I bought a 2017 Ford F-350 from them and was very pleased with the sales service and started doing business with there service department. I drive from Wenatchee to have my vehicles serviced here and would not trust another shop to do so. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from Jess Ford Omak on Oct 9,2020. Lisa was my sales lady. Everything about the experience was outstanding! Lisa & everyone at Jess Ford treated me great! This was my 2nd vehicle I bought from Jess Ford Omak. I highly recommend Jess Ford Omak!

Recently purchased our 4th vehicle from Jess. Brian, Milo and Jessica were awesome!! After a few phone calls, they knew better than I did what I would love. They even brought that it from Pullman lot and had it cleaned and shiny when I arrived! Wonderful to work with in so many ways. As a nurse, I truly appreciate their attention to detail during COVID 19. I never felt at any risk there!
