Very competitive prices, good product selection, and helpful staff. One annoyance is that their coupon codes have never worked for me online. It also frequently says they're out of products online, but I've called the store to find an ample supply. Bottom line: The in-store experience is great, but don't bother with their website.
I was impressed by the store. The store was well kept, clean, good variety, and competitive prices. The aquariums and the reptile displays were both kept up very well. Stopped in today mainly out of curiosity oh, and didn't buy anything, but will definitely be going back!
I have been shopping at this store for several years now, and have always been treated nice until now. I have a very fussy cat so I’m always looking for a cat food he will like. They have a box of samples by the checkout counter, occasionally I ask for one and have never been refused until now. The girl told me samples are for new customers or online orders only, first I’ve ever heard of this. Even though I bought over $30 worth of merchandise I left the store without one of the samples and was very unhappy. I think I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. Since when is a new customer more important than a long time repeat customer?
The employees are awesome and the store is neat and clean. I buy dog food, treats and toys here and I also use the self wash to give my dog a bath. All prices are very competitive.
Friendly people and kind. Went in for a nail trim and they were so gentle with my scared pup. Check-out person was friendly and personable. Felt very welcomed.
