Love the pharmacists at Randy's Family Drug! They are very caring and go the extra mile. Plus their gift shop is fun to browse through.

It's so very interesting that now there is now a documented process. I just had a very hostile interaction at 915am this am. I tried to keep things local but when a question of the process works. No explanation just call. I stood outside 10 minutes. In this time of stress, please be kind, reassuring, and patient. At this point impersonal service is much better than hostility. I was the customer that made an an explanation happen.
