American Dream Vacations

We rented an RV with this company and will regret it for life. If given an opportunity I would rebrand this to "American Nightmare Vacations". Please beware of the manager "Felicia" who has poor work ethics and can mislead you with false promises (never seen such a lady). If one can still think they are getting a better deal, please make sure you forget about the deposit and be prepared to pay for the preexisting damages (1000$-10000$). Once you make a deal, no matter how many times you call them or try to explain the situation in an email, every effort will go in vain. Everything they talk is a lie and you can never win an argument with them because nothing makes any sense and they will just hang up the call. Please don't fall in this trap and kindly check the reviews on BBB (Better Business Bureau)

We rented a Jamboree motorhome for one week. The motorhome itself was wonderful. Everything worked and we had no problems. I made one call to the office to ask how to work the tv antenna and the fellow (Jake?) was very nice and tried to help me. Unfortunately, we were just camped in a bad area. Really the only suggestion I have is to include a better organized folder for how to work everything. We received our deposit back as promised and in full. We had no issues at all. Happy campers here ☺️

Me and the fam wanted to see the mountains w/ some friends....this time we wanted a small motor coach for the occasion so we decided we’d try the rental route. Ray & the staff at American Dream Vacation made it easy. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and less expensive than we expected. I’d recommend them if you’re in the market.

The alignment was off. Way off. The side door was bent and barely closed. The latch came undone on the freeway and upon telling them about it they didn’t bat an eye. They didn’t care. They’re weren’t shocked. They didn’t express any concern which is a huge red flag. The native woman who works the office and phones is extremely rude and has no customer service expertise at all. She’s pathetic. I’d avoid working with her at all costs.

We rented the Jamboree unit. Had some issues with the generator but we took it to them and they serviced it and then everything thing else went well . We returned the unit very clean on the inside and drop off when well. We didn't have any issues like the ones that had posted negative reviews. I guess they don't know how to clean. We would rent from them again.
