They are a very good home improvement store.
What a horrible experience with their installation. The store sales person was did a great job, but their installer and their install office have dropped the ball in every way possible. I purchased a roofing install and a gutter install from this location. The installer did not estimate the job properly while at the home on 2 separate visits, canceled the initial installation appointment, and very poor craftsmanship. The installer had concealed the fact that there was dry rot by installing the drip edge right over the rotted wood. The only reason that I found out was due to the gutter installation. The installer attempted to install the gutter but was unable to as there was no wood to anchor the gutters to. They pulled back the fascia on one side of the porch to find the problem. I've always shopped at Lowe's for my home improvement needs and will continue to shop with them for my own supplies, but I will never have them perform any further installations ever again as they do not have a any checks and balances on their outside contractors.
