I really like CVS (the store) because of their stance on tobacco products and their clean stores. However the pharmacy has recently started to utilize robocallers that will call you relentlessly through all hours of the day asking you to schedule your prescriptions with no option to STOP. This has been going on for months with multiple calls and messages every two days. I eventually had to block their number. You think they would get the hint when the persons hangs up after a dozen or so calls. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS, STOP IT!!!!

Understaffed and unorganized. I dropped off my script yesterday evening and was assured it would be filled when I came to get it today.nnI got a phone call about an hour ago that there was an issue with my insurance. I go in, I’m told to call insurance and that my script was being filled.nnI fix the issue, I come back in, and am then told it’s going to take 20 minutes to fill.nnI realize that errors happen, but this all could have been handled when I dropped my script off yesterday. They were too busy then as well as they said it would be an hour wait.nnWaiting 24 hours before they tried to fill my script or call my insurance has been a hassle for me.nnI’m never using this location again. I wish I hadn’t left my old pharmacy.

Quick service and was pleasantly surprised with how cheap everything was on my last purchase! Gotta love extra bucks haha!
