Vicki one of the call center reps got upset and hung up on me. On the verge of homelessness. I was calm the entire phone call. Was referred by my mental health specialist to call and this is how they treat people. . .

Currently have been calling them for over a month about the diversion program. They don't answer calls. Nor do they at least send a quick email update. For a organization that is supposedly helping people they have caused more stress.

It truly is amazing to be able to be a part of an organization that has so much positive impact on the community. From the families we are able to serve to buildings that are developed, I feel lucky to witness all the great work CHN does.
