Troy SOS was right on. My appointment was for 3:00 p.m. I was taken a 3:02
Made an appointment online for a title transfer for a vehicle that was inherited from an estate. Thank you for the next day appointment option that helped. Upon arriving I was greeted by a security guard, she was nice, she was doing a good job, helping people with check in, forms and helping promote social distancing. Five stars to her. When I actually went to file my paperwork I was confronted with the rudest employees I have ever encountered. They may have done their job by the book but they had the worst attitude and I've never left a customer service situation feeling so mistreated. Don't work here if you can't provide actual customer service. The manager watched and was slightly more helpful but ultimately did nothing to correct the condescending rudeness that was thrown in my face. So dissappointed.
It was very efficient and quite easy to deal with. All the employees we dealt with were extremely pleasant. We really appreciated the guard for letting me go inside with my husband because he has some health problems and sometmes needs my help.

Running behind about 10 min - come back then; come back and get in line with paperwork filled out; 10 min wait, then inside - pretty quick after that. So coming early just gets you the paperwork you need to fill out. And expect to get inside about 20 min after your scheduled time, but you have to get there on time to get in line or it will be longer.
