I would give them zero stars if possible. I placed a very large order in mid November for a full furniture set for a nursery along with multiple baby items. It has taken months for me to receive half of my items with multiple times delivery have been pushed back. Now going into mid February I still haven't received any of my furniture items with yet another delivery pushed back which I had scheduled. After I have taken off work for the delivery hoping to finally being done with this company of which I will never order from again they have moved my delivery again. They have no consideration for someone else's time or how much money they have spent in their store. I also ordered a baby carrier at the store which they told me in November was in stock and I would receive. The day before delivery in January I called wondering why my order hasn't shown has shipped yet for this one item. At the time they finally told me that they are out of my item but they have some stores out of state that still have it and I would have to contact them myself to fulfill my order. This is completely unprofessional for a business to require the customers to figure how to fulfill their own orders. They only give one excuse after another and never actually try to help the customer. They aren't worth the time or money and I will gladly give my business to someone else in the future.

Terrible customer service. After repeated cancellations & delays we were promised expedited service by no less than 3 employees, one the Senior Lead Customer Service. Now we’re being told by another supervisor “expedited service is impossible with furniture, our employees put their foot in their mouth when they told you that” Wow. It’s a shame, their furniture is really nice, it’s just impossible to get.

Quality items and gifts for baby. Really enjoyed the customer service. Felt I was very welcomed in the store. The one sales representative was very attentive. Will definitely be back!

Very ashamed of this company. This is the second time I’ve ordered an item that shows in stock, just to be told after I pay that the item is back ordered. I ordered a personalized Easter basket liner with my sons name on it, (which I paid an arm and a leg for) assuming it was in stock, just to be told it’s not. Now it’s likely not going to arrive on time for Easter & it’s non refundable since it’s personalized. Had I known these were on back order, I never would have ordered in the first place!! For such an expensive store, I expect quality in all categories and this store is lacking big time.

Worst customer service ever! I purchased furniture there and the next morning it went on sale. They would not credit me the difference, ending up giving me a gift card for a smaller amount to shut me up, as I was going to cancel the order. After receiving the gift card, I tried placing an order with it. When the time for delivery passed and I called to see why I had not received the item, I was told the gift card was declined and therefore I would not receive the item ordered. No notification as to my order being cancelled, no credit on the gift card, so basically they just gave me an empty gift card to try and make the problem go away. I tried to speak to a customer service manager and after an hour on hold, just decided it was not worth any more of my time. I have wasted way too much time, which is more valuable than the money. But, buyer beware. This is not an ethical company and they certainly do not care about the consumer.
