Service and organization are terrible. 40+ people in line for checkout and only ONE register open. And the 5 other employees got an attitude when another customer asked for help at checkout. Cute items but not worth the hassle of dealing with the bad service. Save your time and energy and shop elsewhere.
I wish negative stars were available because apparently customer service is null and void in this store. How do you apply to service customers and ignore the same people that are trying to patronize your business. Shame on everyone working right now because not one employee spoke or offered to help my son or myself while in the store; all we received was blank stares! Love zara but employees were not very helpful and line was 40 minutes long on a Monday afternoon, even with 3 cashiers open
Just expect to wait in line for a while outside the store & inside. It's good they are taking precautions but wish they would of had more than 1 person working at the register.
Using covid as an excuse for poor and lazy service. 45 minute line to get in, 30 minute line to check out. Rude workers who wear masks below their mouth. Very messy and unorganized. Fitting rooms still closed, they suggest you buy and then go next door to Macy’s to try stuff on and if they don’t fit wait in line to return. This store is a shining example of why the company recently declared bankruptcy.
