I had a okay experience buying. Then again, little communication is required. I was a little unsure if I was going to sell to this company due to the negative reviews on how people were treated. I decided to give them a chance to see for myself & I didn't leave feeling good. Reason being, the representative offended me & I believe her response was based upon my race & appearance. I have a brand new item that I never opened. So, I was unsure if they would prefer to have the item in it's original packaging or for me to dispose of the packaging because they don't take boxes. Well, before I could even finish my question the representative assumed I was trying to sell the item then & there. Responding, I can't take anything, we're not taking anything today with a seemingly unwelcoming facial expression & form of body language. I Decided to give my items to a non profit organization! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SELLING AT THIS LOCATION IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

they frown on unique one of a kind or hand made items. Flaunting expensive name brands labels teaches kids to be materialistic.

I sat in my car 2/half hours. They didnt check my stuff until I went back inside and asked them was it ready. They then hurried and told me give them 25 minutes to process it.. I gave them a bag full of name brand stuff just for them to pick out 3 things and tell me the rest was inside out and they don't take stuff inside out which none of my stuff was inside out then lied and said we don't take stuff with stains which nothing was Stained only to offer me 9 dollars and insult me like that in front of people in the store and rudely tell me that was all they wanted when I know they didn't even really look at my daughter's stuff after wasting over 2 hours on a Saturday. Worst Company ever!

I love everything about this store! They always have a lot to do but they always make me feel like I’m important and I never see them sweat while doing it. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Not sure how you can leave bad reviews on a place that saves parents tons of money ! All the employees here every time we come in have been customer focused and extremely helpful. I will recommended this location to everyone I know . Thank you for saving us money !
