So I did my rental at The Shelby Location where I was told with my group size and the time I was renting I would receive my rental for free, as well as a free suit! Everything seemed fine, until I came to this location (Troy) to be sized as it was more convenient. Was told my order was all messed up and they made a bunch of changes and printed out 20 long receipts which I did not have faith was done correctly but trusted it was fine as I was just getting sized that day. After the wedding past I reached out to see about my free suit with the promotion and was told they have no idea what I’m talking about. Don’t go to this location, they screwed me on a free suit after I brought a bunch of business to them. The suits were cheaply made as well and I didn’t get a cheap suit, and my white shirt came with stains all over it so obviously not sanitary either. Thankfully on my wedding day I was able to run and get a new white shirt so I didn’t have to walk down the isle in a stained shirt!

Had AMAZING customer service from Roselle here. Calm, cool, and under control, really took stress off this part of the process. Highly recommend and thank you to Roselle for the way she treated me.

The most stressful part of planning your wedding should never be choosing a tux for your husband but thanks to men's warehouse it absolutely was. The service was HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional. We ordered 2 matching tuxedos that day (for my husband and his best man) and I was relieved once we finally made it out of there. 2 days before our out of town wedding we went to pick up our order at the location closer to our home and OUR ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! Wrong tuxedos entirely & didn't even send the suspenders we paid for. The woman who was helping us at the pick up location did her best trying to scrounge up the correct items at her store but they didn't have everything and at that point there nothing else that could be done. Just a truly awful experience all around.

If I could give zero at this point I would. This location especially. They have single handedly caused more stress over my wedding day then I could have ever imagined. Let’s hope my weddings not ruined because of you, shame on you.
