My podiatrist told me New Balance was the best shoe for my plantar fasciitis. The staff was able to point out the best shoe for my high arch and made sure it fit correctly. They looked at how I stood barefoot, and how I walked in the shoe. I will definitely be going back. I just wish they sold golf shoes in the store!
Jessica is the absolute best! A few years ago she helped my father (who had dementia) with his shoes. She was so patient, companionate, knowledgeable and such an upbeat person. I even took a pic of them together. She didn’t overwhelm him. (Ant that’s hard not to do) He passed away in August.nI returned to update my shoes. I’m suffering with knee issues but since she took so much time to make sure these shoes fit me perfectly... well my knee isn’t so strained therefore I’m not in so much pain. God Bless you Jessica for all you do.
I love shopping for my running gear with these guys! They are very knowledgeable about their products and helpful with insisting on a perfect fit. New Balance as a company is great at continually improving their shoes.

We had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to fit my 7 year old daughter with new shoes. They had to special order the shoes for her. Each staff that we worked with was patient and informative.
