Bad staff and was talking back rudely because I returned a pair that didn’t feel good when I wore them.
I found this place while searching online for local athletic shops and stopped in looking for a new pair of boots. I had been browsing around online, to get an idea of what style I may want. When I arrived, they didn't have the exact pair I was originally looking for, as it's a new model that recently came out. However, the man helping me (Ralph) out said that they were on order and would be in shortly. He suggested that in the meantime, I might as well try on a similar style with the same fit, so I could be sure that I'd like them when they arrived. Great suggestion as they fit a little too snug for my liking. Ralph then helped me to find some other options that would be a more comfortable fit. He obviously knew his stuff, and helped me find the best pair for me. I should also mention that he did all of this while fully knowing that I wasn't looking to drop a ton of money on new boots, and still treated me as if I was going to outfit an entire club team. Great experience, and a great reminder of why it's great to shop local.
