I called to ask questions about my Groupon and the lady that answered seemed very bothered like she didn’t have time to answer my questions and rushed to get off the phone. She wasn’t helpful in anyway. I will not be spending my money with them.
She used very hot wax on my eyebrows, and it burned me. It left a scar. Also almost two months later, every time i get my eyebrows done, that area gets irritated, and stings.nnI usually dont leave bad reviews, but i feel like people should be more careful when it comes to applying hot wax on others.nnShe also made a comment about my skin being “sensitive to wax”, i have been waxing my eyebrows for 15 years and this has never happened to me.
I stepped in to get my eyebrows threaded. It's a small studio, but clean, well lit and welcoming. My 3 year old was able to sit comfortably on a couch while I got my brows done. Vaishali is thorough and gave me one of the least painful experiences (trust me, I've had so many ladies thread my brows since I was 16, and V's touch is fantastic). She shaped them really well. I'll definitely go back.
