Lori is amazing and that is that, however, 4 times now I have gone and not had my hair cut by her and it was absolutely ruined. It really hurts me to write this review because Lori is truly very good at what she does, but the other stylists need to be reevaluated. The lady who ruined my hair was a bit older and had light brown hair. She was very kind but cannot cut hair. I asked her to take a half inch off, she took much more than that and completely took away my self confidence for a while. Retrospectively it was probably good for me, but I was not happy at all when it happened.

Went to get a walk-in haircut was told that even tho I had a health issue and could not wear a mask that the Owner told them to tell me No! So to the Owner I will be Honest and not add in My Anger of you thinking you can turn a Veteran away because you lack the Morals and Consideration to cut the hair of those that made this Country what it is so that you could come here and own a business I say this, maybe you might want to shut that place down because you lack the Mannerism it takes to properly run a business even with a mandate that states if a person has a health issue that they do Not have to wear a mask, I don't care who you are you and your employee that turned me away and made me feel unwelcome in my own state are wrong and time is on my side... Do Not Go here people they have proven to be Biased and not worth the money they try and charge, the woman that escorted me out was of Arabic decent. I won't let you pawn this problem off on one of the other girls... Don't like my review to bad the truth usually hurts...

The new app is a great COVID tool! It had been months since I had my hair cut and I had heard good things about this location which proved true. Hana did a great job. I'll be back!

During covid-19 shutdown after a long time I went to this facility. As usual, the staff strike a conversation and that gentleman did as well. at one point, he started saying 'Covid-19 is a hoax and only 6% of the total death was caused by virus... ' and he kept going on. While every has the right to have their opinion - it only made me feel quiet uncomfortable. Perhaps I may not go back again. I should probably look for facility that ensures customers feel comfortable.
