I've been with Guardian Angel for a while now, and it's great. I've never worked at company that's been so supportive to me. I've learned a lot and I'm loving it.

I had a wonderful experience with Nishant Bhandari & PK who both worked with me for PT & OT. I could not walk at all after being discharged from a local rehab where I received 1 hr of therapy per day. They did a terrific job getting me to stand, & then eventually walk with my walker. I am so glad they were assigned to me because I have progressed to a point I thought I'd never reach. I highly recommend them both for therapy!

Bad company to work for as a former employee, I was a medical Concierge since May 2016 and not once I received an employee appraisal or a raise, but the pay was low and the greedy owner only cares about census and money. The turnover for employees are very high because most can't stand management especially the owner. Let's just say the starting pay for this position is ideal 50k per year but this company will low ball and start at below 38k per year. Was also promised a bonus structure but after a year management (Possibly the owners idea) had taken it out and never received any compensation for it. If I had a choice to rate this company it would be negative -10. I had accounts and doctors that WAS consistent on giving referrals but they had a change of heart and feelings towards this company because the patients was not seen on time and always an issue with the nurses or the clinicians, overall a bad agency.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! I quit and they are not giving me my last paycheck! I work in Ventura, CA and dealing with the employees in Michigan is aweful they are terrible and don't do their jobs. I worked for the company for 3 months and they never did my direct deposit paperwork. Now I am waiting for my last paycheck. So unprofessional and I am glad my other home health agency jobs are amazing compared to this ridiculous company.

This comes from my Mom. She wants me to share her experience with Guardian Angel. We were referred to Guardian Angel by her doctor. The entire process was very well taken care of. The staff was very kind and helpful. They were sympathetic towards my Mom's condition, and made sure to educate us on everything we could do as a family to make her recovery easier. She's doing a lot better now, and I only have Guardian Angel to thank for it. Thank you for the follow up call this week.
