I arrived here to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy closes at 5:00, I arrived at 5:05. The pharmacy tech informed me that “she’s locked everything up” referring to the pharmacist standing at the register talking on the phone. At no point in time did either of them give me the pharmacy hours. The pharmacist got off the phone looked at me blankly and said “sorry”. Its interactions like this that result in customers changing pharmacies. It would’ve taken two minutes of their time to grab the script. This is my first and last time filling a script at this particular CVS location.

The pharmacy staff are very helpful and take the time to point out possible drug interaction or effects of new medication.

was out of town, needed to pick up prescriptions. tried to have them transferred here. pharmacy associate i spoke to on the phone did not know how to pull up my information.
