We recently moved to Michigan and although visiting the post office isn't the most thrilling experience, this location certainly destroys the image of public service and almost prevents you from completing the most basic of transactions. The way you are treated at this location has got to be the worst in the country. Its appalling that this hasn't been dealt with and is inexcusable for this community to have to rely on such incompetent and downright rude and mean employees. Our experiences are on the weekends and while its understandable that stress related to high foot traffic can be normal, what you will experience here is bad enough that i’ll take my chances driving further away for a better experience not to be treated this way. If your that unhappy, find a new career path or job opportunity.

I got a letter saying they wouldn't deliver my mail cause I need to shovel well I did and salted. So they didn't bring my mail even though Amazon and fed ex has no problem with bring me package. I think I'm just going to start complain ever day for now on cause you want to complain about the snow. I never get my package they seem to go to all my neighbor on my street and thankful they are nice enough to bring my stuff to me. I get other people mail all the time as well so since u guys want to be Petty I will be Petty ever single time and will complain when I don't get my packages.

The staff here is so rude! Our mail gets periodically delivered to various other addresses. We were expecting an important letter, but never received it even though the daily digest email had the letter listed as an incoming mail. When I went to this branch to inquire about it, all I got was that I should come back the following week, 7 business days later and talk to a manager about the missing mail. I am surprised that the staff could not do anything about it. Not sure how long I'll have to wait in line to talk to a manager here.

The mail women who does my route is extremely rude. I've lived here for 5 years and every day she slams the main door to all the buildings in my complex including mine. She also slams the mail boxes shut after opening them. It is clear she has no respect for the community she works in. When asked politely not to slam the building door she got extremely hostile and said she doesn't care. It's clear her attitude is a reflection of how the whole post office is run after reading through the other reviews. Unfortunately we have to live here and deal with this.

Hours posted online and on the building say they’re open until 7pm Monday-Friday. Just walked in at 5:30 (because I have a job and can’t get there before 5:30, as do most people) and an unmasked employee yelled “We’re closed” at me. Changing hours 2 weeks before Christmas??? Good luck shipping gifts at this location, I’ll be going elsewhere
