There is a reason why this store is so highly rated-nnI typically never take the time to leave reviews, but my experience at Lucido Fine Jewelry at their Rochester location was absolutely amazing. A huge thank you to both Kristen and Alessandra; they were very generous with their time, knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about, and assisted me throughout the entire process.nnThere is no one else I would've rather purchased my item from. I strongly recommend coming to this location and reaching out to these two for all of your jewelry needs!

Annie and Matt both we’re beyond helpful and there customer service was exceptional for helping purchase my first Rolex Submariner here. I would recommend them both to anyone who is looking to buy jewelry from this establishment. Thank you both for making it a great experience and made us feel so comfortable through the whole process.

I am beyond upset with this place. No only were we taken advantage of because we are teenagers we were lied to. My boyfriend bought me a ring here and gave it to me for my birthday. I had it on my finger for a week. It turned my finger green. We took it back there the helped us out and put “another Finnish on it”. We leave and walk around and as I’m looking at my ring it was all rusted on the inside. So we take it to this other jewelry store to get a second opinion. He said if they put another coat on it they didn’t do a good job because it looks like they didn’t. We took the ring back for a third time and got our money back. We took our business to another place to Aurum Design jewelry store where they helped us out and were very respectful towards us. Lucidos doesn’t care about anything other than thousands of dollar rings.
