I had some sterling silver flatware to sell and Brad was great! He gave me a good price and I did not feel pressured and felt that he was transparent and honest. I told him I wanted to hang onto some of it in hopes prices would go up and he was supportive of that plan- no pressure!! Nice guy too!!
Brad worked with me in terms of schedule to get in on the holidays and was extremely helpful. He also sat with me and educated me a bit, as well. For every piece of gold/silver that I bought, he let me see first-hand on his machine what percent gold/silver the metal was. This was an awesome experience and I intend to go to Brad first for my precious metals buying/selling needs!
