Everyone at this store is incredibly helpful and polite. We booked our wedding with a different location that ended up closing and the transition was very smooth and they stepped right in to help. All our guys got their suits on time and despite a few fitting issues initially everything ended up perfect. Pricing was reasonable also!
Very communicative, friendly, and accommodating. Always kept us in the loop for all information and flexible with our choices. I would absolutely come here again and recommend them to my friends who have upcoming weddings!
Went there to get a tux for prom. People are nice and helpful. I gotta say, not a bad place to get something nice there
The first store we booked through closed. Our transaction was moved to this location. The transition to the Rochester store was fairly seamless. They did a great job picking up where we left off with the previous store. However, my husband was supposed to receive a free suit for booking through president tuxedo and never received it...we had to call and follow up to ask them about it. They told us it would be in within a month or two but they would call us to let us know. They never called us back. Just tried calling them again and they seemed to be unaware of what was going on, told us the suit was backordebac and could make absolutely no commitment for when it would come in or when we would get a call back.nRidiculous considering this was one of the biggest selling points for us booking through president tuxedo. Several of the guys in the wedding also mentioned their suits did not fit right. Apparently our next phone call is to corporate.
