Had an appointment for 10:15. We waited til 10:30 with no response. We will be looking elsewhere. (Store hours on VM and door said opened at ten). Posting because someone else had shared the same experience. It seems it is still an issue.
Excellent place to get your tuxedos or suits. They are so helpful going over everything with you. Jennifer helped us with our appointment. Highly recommended!! We had an appointment and when we showed up no one was there. We waited outside for about 15 minutes and tried calling and after about the 5th call in 15 minutes my number was blocked??? Mind you we were waiting outside in the freezing cold hoping someone would let us inside. Unfortunately they will never get our business and I would not recommend to anyone.
Nice ladies working there however the quality of suits is absolutely horrible. The tuxedos are no better than putting an old blanket on and calling it a tux. Both of my sons got married this summer and both rentals took multiple visits to the store. In fact, my sons bow tie was missing and they had to bring one to the church 10 minutes before the ceremony. Don’t go there PLEASE go somewhere else.
Experience was good but Dawn is horrible to deal with and very unprofessional. Who calls the bride and groom on their honeymoon when the tux return was already set up? Based on conversations with Dawn is why I am giving a one star. If my husband is a groomsman in another wedding he will not be going here for sure.
