I took my items here on a Saturday and went back to pick up on a Monday. They did not take any of my items because they were too worn? I drove 30 min each way (totaling 2 hours roundtrip) for NOTHING?nnThere were multiple items with tags. When I picked up my basket of items, everything was in the same order and folded the same - leaving me to think that they did NOT even go through it?? I will not be going back to this location.
Store appeared clean and organized, however staff were cold and borderline rude. None of my items were accepted from a large bin of mostly good quality pieces. I don’t take this personally, but it was a waste of my time.
Staff was rude and off putting. Was willing to sell a near perfect condition Gucci bag that retails for $1200 and the person speaking for the owner only offered $300. Was willing to transition over some great pieces but will be taking my designer items elsewhere.
Don't go anywhere else clean great brands well organized great price
Terrible hours. I love shopping there, but it's impossible for people with 9-5 jobs. An hours change would be highly beneficial for them.
