Warning I just want to let people know about Amanda from Tri-Cities Community Health Urgent Care has the worst customer service EVER! Right when she walked out to talk to me she was talking to me very RUDE I felt insulted when I left that place. On the other hand, everyone else was very kindly doing their job.

I didn't have a dental appointment and went in as a walk in. They were very sanitary and I was very impressed on there Covid-19 standards. Temperature was checked, mask was required and everyone in the building was wearing masks. I only had to wait maybe 10 minutes max. When I went back to the procedure area I was required to wash my hands, rinse my mouth with listerine. The doctor was amazing and explained everything to me by detail. I was extremely impressed with my dental appointment..

It is very Inconsiderate not to be able to communicate with anyone.nI have been on the phone for 23 minutes, no one answers or call back on voicemails.nI have left a few emails and voicemails but NO ONE has reach out to me since friday 6/19/2020.nnNeed to check on their customer call service or receptionist, and find out why they are not doing their job.

Cons:nWhen you call it takes for ever to get threw. When someone does answer they are usually very impatient and don't listen to your problem/need. Also some of the receptionist are just plain downright rude. I also saw 1 doctor there that had no bed side manner. Very disrespectful!nnPros:nThe office is clean and the providers and nurses for the most part are very nice.
