Yesterday was my first time going to Rochester Beauty Bar and I had my makeup done by Stephanie - one word: AMAZING! RBB office is extremely clean and the staff are all very professional and welcoming. Had the chance to meet Rena too and she’s so nice. Will definitely be back for professional makeup applications and to try the facials. Stephanie is extremely professional and knowledgeable and you can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for services!
My facial with Grace was amazing. She was professional and courteous and made sure I was comfortable even with Covid-19 restrictions. She explained each step of the process and educated me on what each treatment was for. The most amazing thing was that about three days later, I honestly saw an improvement in the look of my skin. She also gave me some tips on how to care for my skin at home. I can’t wait to go back and try out some of her other services.
I went in for a dermaplane/facial and I couldn’t be more in love with the results! Jessica was amazing! So sweet, so professional and most of all so experienced! I entered with a dull face needing a little glow and I left with this radiating brightness that brought life back into my face! Hands down the best facial I’ve ever gotten and I can’t wait to book another appointment.nThank you Jessica...you rock!
This place is phenomenal, beautiful and very clean I had a Diamond glow facial by Rena she’s so sweet, kind and very professional she was very interested in my current concerns she went above and beyond to help me. I left with beautiful hydrated skin! Will be back soon!
SueSan is the Best when it comes to injections! She makes you feel so comfortable with the process, explaining everything as she goes! I wouldn’t trust anyone else!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
