This was my first time at The Lash Lounge and I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice, friendly and welcoming. I have had lashes before but it’s been awhile and I forgot about all the different options. Alicia was my stylist and she was so patient and took her time explaining to me all the different kinds and helped me select exactly what I was looking for. She did a fantastic job and I will be requesting her each and every time!
Everyone has been so kind and professional in the shop. Crystal has been doing my lashes and is amazing! My eyes have never looked better! Plus she is super sweet and very professional. Very honest about what can and can't be done based on my personal situation, which is very much appreciated. Looking forward to going back for a long time to come!
The lash lounge Rochester has always been very accommodating since the day they opened - they hire top stylists who are trained very well. I specifically am writing this review for my stylist Marley - she truly embodies the meaning of good service and work ethic. I have been coming to the Lash lounge for over two years and she has always accommodated my time and her services are phenomenal I have never had an issue with falling lashes or clumping.
I had Elizabeth for my first time ever getting lash extensions! She was wonderful. She worked quickly and I was very comfortable! She walked me through the whole thing and gave me great tips for keeping my lashes for as long as I can. Above all, they look wonderful! Thank you Elizabeth!
This place is top tier! I had recently moved and was looking for somewhere to get my eyebrows done. I have been with both Brooke and Daniella and they are amazing! Very clean and take the time to understand exactly what you want! Great location!
