My first time using this nail salon and it was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and the nail tech did exactly what I asked. I’ve received tons of compliments on my nails and have told everyone I know to try this salon.
I wasn’t happy with the nail design I’ve received but as soon as the owner found out he told me to come in and he would fix it. As soon as I walked in I was taken care of and I got a new set FREE of charge. The owner definitely takes care of the customers. Very polite and talented. I very much appreciate how fast and stress free everything got handled. And I love the way my nails turned out!
Clean, decadent..awesome pedicure with relaxing massage chairs!! Can't wait till my next trip :)
I went here for a mani/pedi and was pretty disappointed. The nail technician was distracted and kept answering her cell phone. She left me twice for longer periods of time while I sat getting cold in the water. I found the floors and tables to be dirty. Unprofessional front desk. They seemed bored bc it was so slow. Won’t go back.
Did a fantastic job on my daughter, my fiance and myself. Didnt have an appointment but accomodated us quickly.nI got a mani/pedi shellac change, my daughter mani/pedi polish change and my fiance just a pedi. Hes never been and cant wait to go back.nVery friendly, clean, thorough and great price! You dont feel rushed at all.nnI usually go to the Rochester location but was in the area.nnI highly reccommend any of the Bloomfield Nails locations!!
