I have been a client for a good few years now and I'm very pleased with their service. Donna is my go to stylist, if she's away Bianka does my hair. They are both very professional and friendly. They listen to you and take their time, if necessary, even though it is a 'budget' salon. All stylists seem to have a very good vibe. Very friendly atmosphere and the place is always spotless. They are very good with scheduling and the wait is very short if any.

Hannah was the best! Friendly conversation and did a great job with my pixie cut! She checked in throughout the process and offered different options, which was greatly appreciated. Recommend.

I have been a customer here for quite some time now, and I really should have done a review long ago because they deserve it. I am always treated well as a loyal customer of Bianca's, and I looked for a good hairstylist for a matter of years. I had many poor experiences before becoming a customer at Supercuts, and I hope Bianca will be there for many years to come (no idea what I would do without her, to be honest). She truly listens and wants the customer to be happy when they leave. You can tell it's important to her that she does a good job. I have hair loss at times, so I don't want too much hair cut so I can try to maintain volume. She understands this and amiably works with me to achieve the outcome I want. I have never waited very long at all. Additionally, my son refused to get his hair professionally cut after years of bad experiences, and wanted me to cut it. I was relieved when I was able to get him to see Bianca. He is a regular customer there now and has the best cut ever, for the first time in his life. We are grateful for Bianca, and both of us will continue to see her forever!

Trechelle one of the best stylists I have had! Super nice and very very good with the scissors and color! Can’t beat the the price either! Highly recommend!

Lack of attention to detail. I went once and the service was decent but neglected to give me the shampoo I asked for with the cut. My second time was a not so good, I have long hair on top and get an under cut, at the end of the service I had a massive amount of long hair come out and was told my line needed to be straightened.....shouldn't of needed straightening at all. Got home and line for my under cut was cut into creating it to not be straight at all.......ridiculous. Shakey hands and unsteady hands I believe is what created this. I'll be going elsewhere for now on!
