Ordered a gift from outside the US to be delivered to someone in the US. Despite not being able to pay on the website, Mike was more than happy to allow me to use a bank transfer. The gift was very well received and came very nicely packaged. Very attentive and helpful staff. Great selection of beautiful gifts for myself and my wife. They custom made her ring here too about ten years ago and she loves it and wears it everyday.
Once again Rottermond Jewelers made a beautiful keep sake pendant for a necklace for me out of 3 grandfather rings that I had laying around. Now I have something to remember them by and wear proudly every day and pass down. Thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

Their dedication to excellence resulted with me getting everything I expected, plus much more, all while staying within my budget. They never pressured me to spend more than I wanted.
