I cannot say enough good things about Gina's! Gina and ALL of her staff were so attentive to my bridesmaids and I every time we were in the store. Not only did I find my perfect wedding dress, but we found three beautiful bridesmaids dresses for my bridal party as well. Had an AMAZING experience here today for my first bridal dress shopping appointment as a new fiancé! My mom and I truly had an amazing time and I had so much fun. Maddie is a wonderful consultant and took her time with us. She was very patient, easy to talk to, and extremely helpful and kind.

I was totally impressed with the greaylt customer service!! We weren't rushed at all. Dresses were tried on n then favs were tried on another 2 n 3 times n they just rolled with it. My daughter (the bride) didn't try on one dress she didn't like!! The final decision was so hard!! They wanted us to be satisfied. They gave us privacy to discuss our decision especially considering the cost of the dresses. They didn't pressure us. Totally different atmosphere then what we had experienced earlier in the day with David's bridal!! I'll never go back to David's! Due to this awesome experience Gina's will get 2 more brides n 2 more bridesmaids dress sales!! Good job gina's!!
