I've been a patron of this store for almost 10 years. I've seen the customer service experience go from bad to good.nnThis location is very convenient for me.nnThere were times when I wanted to go elsewhere. Over the years management changed as well as staff. A much needed change.....staff is friendlier, helpful, and they smile at you when u enter the store.nnPraises to the TMOBILE TEAM OF EXPERTS, THEY ARE GOD SENT...they are a team of people designated to the state of Michigan.nSince they came on board, the customer service is helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great communication skill. They are user friendly. I love them all.nThey are of Chattanooga.nnThey care about the customers and always eager to help.nnTeam of experts, please never leavenUs. Be blessed.

As a veteran, I can appreciate stalwart constancy. As a newer customer of T-mobile, I have found this store is consistently prepared with fast, friendly service and an all-around pleasant customer service experience. They need an award for keeping dependable, intelligent, well-informed and knowledgeable staff.

Horrible customer service my son's phone stop working went to this location just to hear they couldn't help my son with his problem giving me a phone number to call too do an insurance claim. Left there and went to the Warren location didn't have any problems he looked up my insurance and put an order in for my son to receive a new phone with no problem.

I went into T-Mobile to add my children onto my account. The representative Shawnta was outstanding. She did an Awesome job with each transaction that needed to be performed(Which was 3). Thank you for you patience you deserve to be right where you are. In customer service!!!! Excellent Job!!
