Went in today to get an upgrade on my phone. He was instantly focused on helping with finding a great phone! I didn't get his name but it might me Matti according to my receipt. He was very polite and professional he seemed very knowledgeable. Clean and well organized store. Friendly to his coworkers and customers coming in. He made sure he handle everyone within great distance because of Covid19. He seemed considerate of others by offering hand sanitizer since he is handling your phone. Out of my years of buying phones from metro. This has been by far great customer service! Not to mention this was my first time here. To sum it up. It's always great to know there are still wonderful people in the world. Thanks Matti Metroud83dude01

If I could give 100 stars I would! Great service, very kind and helpful! Other stores I went to didn't help me and chose to be rude but this store was amazing! Ill never go anywhere else again!
