I bought two shirts, one for me and one for my BFF, because they're so CUTE! I just exchanged the women's relaxed fit medium for a small, the shirt runs relaxed as described :) and I need to size down. Let me just say that the customer service from Great Lakes State has been so fast, and they have really been great to work with. Like they answered my email right away, they exchanged my shirt no questions asked with REALLY quick turnaround, and emailed me when the new one was on the way. This stuff is pretty simple, but we all know it gets botched all the time and it's never fast. These people are QUICK! and friendly to boot. Five stars will shop again.
