I’ve finally had enough bad experiences with this location that I feel compelled to write a review. I work the midnight shift and stop by this location a few times a week around 9:30 PM. I would say about 3/4 of the staff I encounter here are always rude. They don’t say a word to me except for stating the total. They don’t smile, they don’t say thank you, they don’t say have a good night. Ever. Only 1 employee I’ve encountered there does. A kind word of compassion or a smile can mean the world to someone, especially when they are starting their day. As far as the 1 nice employee I’ve encountered there- there still is a problem that I’ve seen multiple times. They will hand me my coffee by holding the lid with their gloved fingers. And let’s be honest- those gloves aren’t saving anyone from any germs right now- one could imagine they are not changing them with every customer, and they are touching the computer screen and a million other things with that pair of gloves- and then handing me my drink by the lid in which I have to drink from. All in all- the poor customer service is my biggest issue and it has worn me down to the point that I’m contemplating not going to this location anymore just to avoid it.
Worst service and samdwishes. This is the kinda quality sandwiches you expect at this location.nnMaybe the Managment can do something about it.nWith all of the previous bad reviews and burned sandwiches, I don’t see any improvement in the service. The employees seem to hate working there.nThis is last time I stop at this location.
Fast service but the coffee we ordered was unacceptable. The dark roast coffee was very light as if it was a recycled brew. Who has the time to go back there and ask for a replacement when you are on a time schedule? I’m so dissatisfied.
Staff there is always super polite and get my order done in a real timely manner.
Terrible experience. They had donuts out for purchasing and would not allow me to purchase them. They were rude and inconsiderable. They make donuts. That is their purpose and wouldn’t sell them. Very strange and disappointing.
