I love this place. All girls were helpful and fun! And it's Lulu! A little pricey, but oh, so worth it!
My sister went in to get her leggings repaired that had a hole in them not on a seam and they just offered her a new pair instead. I just went there for the same problem and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Terrible customer service and consistency.
Customer service was very rude... makes me not want to come here.
A few weeks ago, I had an old pair of leggings (probably about 4 years old) with a hole in them replaced for a brand new pair of leggings. I recently accidentally snagged a hole in a different pair of leggings (which were only about a year old) and I took them in and they said I could not replace them, even though I had previously. They also at first didn’t even want to repair the hole. Extremely disappointed.
I love visiting this store! It is do beautiful eoth so many awesome clothes#
