My daughter and I were in this store last night to talk to the manager about a hat my daughter bought a few years ago. The manager was so rude to us, was not helpful at all. She should not be working with customers, very poor customers service. If anything she should have been bending over backwards to try and help us. She’s lucky we even came in the store with what’s going on right now. She was too busy folding clothes to even look up and try and help.nnWhen we were in there last time we bought a lot clothes and have been very satisfied. They are of very good quality and very stylish but the manager has got to go!!! We were going to buy more merchandise to try and help a small business but we walked out!!! Very disappointed!

One of my favorite places. They are currently limiting the number of shoppers to accommodate social distancing. I hadn't been there in a while and was disappointed to discover they have significantly reduced the footwear selection. Prices have always been a little high, even considering the high quality of the merchandise, but I was happy to find most items were 25% off.

I love Roots accessories and apparel for the entire family; especially their leather (bags and boots) which is made in Toronto. The staff here is great. I love this little hometown store❤ufe0f

Good quality clothes and a nice selection of styles. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly.
