I have been going here for about 4 years & pleased with my service. At my appointment last Friday I was in the room (masked up) waiting for service, when Dr. Derderian comes in unmasked & tells me masks are optional (still in the pandemic!) I chose to leave mine on commenting that he must be already vaccinated. Nope! And he's not going to get it. I was stunned. I felt totally disrespected, he was displaying risky & selfish behavior by not wearing a mask & then being in my face while treating me. He is welcome to his own choices but don't put patients at risk because of them. I will take my business elsewhere!!
After spending over $500+ and being only 33 i got both for my forehead and eyes. I did 2 touch ups and there's STILL LINES IN MY FOREHEAD! the lines weren't bad to begin with and now it looks awkward when I make an expression. I've gotten botox before and never had this problem. These people don't know what they're doing and just trying to make a quick buck. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED from this experience and plan on going back in there to tell them the situation. 10/10 WASTE OF MONEY!
Professional, efficient, and friendly. Dr. D is awesome. Personable, honest and reliable. I highly recommend Nulmage Medspa. The services are great and last! The don’t try to sell you things you don’t need and are not pushy. Great packages and deals.

Dr. Derderian's knowledge, experience and credibility is the tops. The staff and office environment is truly professional. The quality and realm of services is extremely vast. Don't hesitate to make an appointment or consultation...you will be treated directed to your individual needs and only necessary procedures that pertain. No up-selling that may not make sense!!!!!!!
