Nicole was incredibly professional, skilled and prompt for our appointment time-all of which I appreciated. I also found the desk receptionists to be very professional and helpful both when scheduling my appointment, as well as at check-in and processing my payment. As a new customer this made a positive impression on me and motivates me to recommend Figo.
The ambiance was welcoming and energetic. Prior to my first time coming here, I had a discussion with the receptionist about what I was looking for and she arranged me with a stylist. I felt really cared for coming in. The highlights I received were well done. However, they must not have blocked enough time for me because towards the end, everything was suddenly rushed. My haircut only took 15 minutes and I left bewildered because everything ended so fast-paced. I got home and was able to take a good look at my haircut and was pretty disappointed. I paid $200 for the services, and I expected the quality to match. I called back the next day voicing my issues, and they asked me to come back for a touch-up at no charge. I went back in and everything was fixed up nicely, and I felt much better about the whole situation. Overall my experience was good, and I'm glad that they handled my issues well.
