Make sure you set your appointment and get there on time. And make sure you have a face covering. They aren't messing around with that. The staff is awesome; super helpful and polite.

They make things way harder than it has to be. I have been trying to set up an appointment at the 8am and 12am time for weeks now and everytime the site crashes from too many people putting off their renewals and then flooding the site all at once. I dont want to schedule 3 months out I shouldnt have to. I dont understand how a state owned business could be so incompetent.

Very smooth and professional system. Check in with the guard when you get there to confirm appointment. Go to the door the time of your appointment and you will be let in.
