A big thanks to Benjamin’s Carpet-One for our new yellow birch hardwood floor. 14 years ago, they installed a beautiful floral carpet that was guaranteed not to show a traffic pattern for twenty years. True to their word, the carpet to the day of removal didn’t show a pattern. We only replaced it because of fading due to light through the windows. This time around we decide to go with hardwood most because of trends and durability. Kim, a very pleasant and knowledgeable Designer/Saleswoman helped us choosing the right floor for our liking and worked within our budget. One month later, with the expert installers/woodworkers Jeff and Jeremy, the floor was skillfully installed. They were very professional/polite through the four days of fitting each board and multiple types of transitions. The value of their craftsmanship/expertise outweighs the expenditure.
They were wonderful! Beat the quote I had from the big box store by hundreds, and were able to get it done three weeks before the other guys could do it! And it was wonderful having just one person, Heidi, who was soooo knowledgeable, she was the only person I ever dealt with. No being tossed from one person to another! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them.
I went into Benjamin's with the intention of getting just one room of carpet. Those guys were so awesome, and the pricing was to good to pass up, that I had to get my entire home done. Those guys were so patient as I took a 100 samples home but finally I found the color. It was done over a period of a few weeks, and for a modest fee they even moved my furniture.nThe installers were very professional and so fast. Thanks again Benjamin's, I will be back when its time to do the kitchen.
